CII 2022 Exam Dates When are they held? – Step One
As we begin preparing for the 2022 exam sessions we want to help you to make studying for these exams easier. For example, if you back up your hard drive or weed the garden every week (instead of once a month) the task doesn’t become so daunting – it’s the same with your studies. Will I have enough time? – Step 2
Now, everyone is different in his or her approach when it comes to studying. But the most important tip I can give you, if you take nothing else except this tip from this post, is this, have a plan! If you don’t go into your preparations with a clear plan, you are already set to underperform. That is why we start planning WEEKS before the exam to allow you enough time to plan, prepare and perform.
The weeks leading up to an exam are of utmost importance, as this is where you set up your foundation of exam knowledge. Preparation for your exams should begin well in advance. Our study timetable is a very simple tool BUT it is absolutely vital to keeping you on track to passing your exam.
It’s a natural thing to want to take the path of least resistance. We are hard-wired to look for the easy option. BUT we have to learn to do the doing – which is why we want you to join us at the start (ideally). Like any form of assessment, exams are designed to test your knowledge about a module’s content. Good exam technique alongside good technical knowledge is key to exam success.
Exam technique covers many areas including how to review and understand, how to analyse question requirements carefully and how to structure your answer.
Our resources will help you with these areas as well as building your understanding and knowledge.
Who can help me? – Step 3
We can! We are going to help you to be prepared. It might seem like a mammoth task when you first start, but it’s best to have all the bases covered than spend the exam kicking yourself that you didn’t revise that one area you skimmed over or crammed in at the end. By breaking down the exam into lots of little sections this is going to make it a whole lot less daunting, and with our course progress bar you’ll know exactly where you stand in terms of how much studying you’ve REALLY done.
Our job is to get you over those exam goal posts and this means having a process and methodology to tackle the problem-based questions in the AF exams. It means developing a process, having a structure and getting the marks that you deserve. It means doing, but SMART doing.
